The book arrived today and it is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!! Many thanks and now I am you permanent client. It was a great pleasure to publish with Pensoft. You always immediately responded and helped us with constant changes that we introduced during the prepublication process. We respect you for high professionalism, patience and high quality products. My next monograph will go to you as a must.

Thank you very much for your help with this project. Perhaps we will have the chance to collaborate on another publication in the future. I am happy to tell you that the advance copy arrived today and it is very nice! The printing quality is excellent and the text is very readable. The figures are also of superb quality. Both Dr. Klimaszewski and I are extremely pleased with the final result!

In the past few days we have both received our copies of the Ceratopogonidae volume. It was a great pleasure to see our manuscript in print and we think Pensoft did a great job. We want to especially thank you for your efforts in making this work that much better.
I am amazed at how fast all this has gone!  It has kept me hopping for the past 2 months.
Muchas gracias, from the both of us!

I received the copy of the Proceedings. It is an excellent publication and I and my colleagues would like to warmly congratulate and thank you for this very nice work.

Professor Anastasios Legakis
Editor, Proceedings of the XVIII International Congress of Zoology Zoological Museum

I am very happy that you foundthe volume an excellent production by Pensoft, as well as with good scientific content. As I have told Lyubomir Penev at Pensoft several times, they did an excellent job publishing this volume in a very timely fashion and with excellent quality. I agree with you that more authors/editors should be encouraged to consider Pensoft for publishing — I will certainly be advertising for them.

Dr. David G. Furth
Editor Proceedings of the Fifth International Symposium on the Chrysomelidae National Museum of Natural History

The book is excellent not only in its presentation but also for the contents. Well
printed and well distributed. Really, Pensoft have done a wonderful work. They
deserve to edit more international books and to join the elephants like Oxford,
      Cambridge, and the Americans.

We have been impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Pensoft Publishers, as well as their efforts to make book publishing a truly enjoyable experience for authors.

Lyubo, I know my book will probably not be sold in thousands of copies. Nevertheless, I am very thankful to you and the staff of Pensoft for the fast and perfect work during all stages of the book’s production... I simply wish you a great success!

Just now, we have received the book on Carabus. It is a splendid book. My congratulations to you as Editor and Author!

Tomas Yelamos
Barcelona, Spain

Of course we knew more or less what to expect because we had seen most of it in the preparatory stages and were involved with the design, at least the approval of it, of the
cover. But we are very pleased indeed to see the final result. It looks impressive, a very nice book with a fine layout.

     Dr. Peter van Helsdingen
     Editor, European Invetrebrate Survey
     Leiden, The Netherlands

Please can you send me further 10 copies of the Carabus book? It is a magnificent book!

     Ian Johnson
     Natural History Booksellers
     Iver, England

It’s a beautiful piece of work, with some really innovating elements, like the transects. I
saw that you spend a lot of effort on the layout. I think it will be a trendsetting work for
books on European invertebrates and it will be hard to attain the same standard for future
contributions in the same series. I am quite proud to have been involved. All the best for
     your future projects!

     Dr. Roy Kleukers
     Editor, European Invertebrate Survey
     Leiden, The Netherlands

I have just returned from summer holidays and received the 15th ICM proceedings special editions of Zookeys and IJM in the post. I am most impressed with the quality of the publications. Many thanks -a great effort!

This is what one of the congress participants Hilke Ruhberg emailed on receipt of her copies: "today I received two superb journals from our recent congress, and I would like to compliment you.  Fantastic quality in every respect!"
